The room was great! 🌟 It had just been redone, with two comfy double beds and a good-sized fridge.

The room was decently sized & the pillows were comfortable.

We pushed our check in time back an hour so we wouldn't have to ruah there but would still have time to relax before we had to leave. Upon arriving they told us our room wasnt ready & wouldn't be for another 30 minutes because people were still there. They were supposed to call us when the room was ready but never did. We called an hour later, after having to sit at a restaurant around the area waiting on our room. The ammenities that were offered online werent offered at the hotel, indoor pool was closed until further notice.. We were very displeased by the lack of empathy from the staff for our inconveniences. We paid more to stay in a nicer hotel but could've had the same service or better anywhere else.

The hotel was clean. The staff were very good. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, easy to reach Cleveland airport. Close proximity to the bar/restaurant in Fairlawn and Fairlawn/Akron.

Food in restaurant was greasy

I used a debit / credit card So they charged me 50.00 extra?? They will refund me in 5 days they said. .Did not like that

The breakfast offered amazing options and was reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a 10-15 minute walk from Fairlawn Lutheran Church. There were a few places in the center within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

Friendliness of staff, beaus grille was phenominal, great food...pool, hot tub, and sauna were great. Hotel was very clean, location had a mall across the street.

Was a little pricey, double beds in room were a little small, outside of the mall didn't find much to do

The breakfast was reasonably priced with amazing options, really enjoyed it.

This place is nicely situated on the outskirts of a city, close to the downtown area, and also adjacent to the Cleveland airport.

Great venue, perfect location just next door to hiking, and many restaurants, activities, mall across the street, appreciated our stay. Top-notch service was provided here. Was an easy base for weekend.

This place is in a wonderful location, very close to Shady Hollow Lodge and conveniently near Akron and Cleveland airport, making it perfect for a wedding trip from Michigan.

The room had an extremely comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator. Had a really nice stay for a weekend getaway. Would stay here again.

The Hilton in Fairlawn exceeded our expectations in terms of location and amenities. The restaurant, with its indoor and outdoor seating, felt like a destination dining experience rather than a typical hotel eatery. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully maintained, adding to the resort-like atmosphere. The indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi were also top-notch, providing relaxation and fun for the whole family. we had a fantastic stay at this suburban hotel that felt more like a resort.

Cold air, consistent fan, clean room, great staff. Noisy neighbors were dealt with promptly. Had to go to the neighboring Brisco for balcony access. a nice and clean room with reasonable pricing.
